1. Operator

The website provides general corporate and project information. It is not legal, financial, investment, planning or property advice and does not constitute an offer, booking, reservation, contract or representation on which you should rely. Obtain independent professional advice and verify information before making a decision.

3. Project information and visuals

Plans, layouts, measurements, areas, specifications, prices, timelines, availability, facilities, landscaping, photographs, computer-generated images and artist impressions are indicative only and may be changed without notice. They may be subject to authority approval, technical requirements, final survey, contract terms and actual construction. Furniture, fittings, vehicles, plants and decorative items shown may not be included. A signed sale and purchase agreement or other final written contract prevails over website content.

4. Accuracy and availability

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, branding, photographs, graphics, layouts, downloads and software are owned by or licensed to Homecity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, sell, distribute, frame or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, use automated extraction at unreasonable scale, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Submitting a land proposal or job application does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty or obligation for Homecity to proceed. You agree to be responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss suffered by Homecity because of your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these terms, or a submission that you were not authorised to provide.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
