Homecity Group was formed in January 2001 in Kajang, Selangor. Founder Dato’ Ng Boon Chan built the company around a clear philosophy: focus on common interests, create practical property solutions and deliver better environments for the people and businesses who use them.

More than two decades on, that philosophy still shapes every development — from the early phases of Taman Semenyih Mewah, The Garden and GreensVille, to Garden Villa, Taman Ara Bayu and today’s industrial projects at 963 Industrial Park and I.MAS @ Bandar Rinching.

Homecity also has a track record of developing on a joint-venture basis with landowners, working closely with agents, consultants and authorities to bring land to its best use.
