Taman Semenyih Mewah, Fasa 1

Taman Semenyih Mewah, Fasa 1 is one of Homecity’s earliest listed completed residential phases, located on Lot 2015, Mukim Semenyih, Hulu Langat, Selangor.

The phase includes 44 terrace homes measuring 22 ft x 75 ft, 42 terrace homes measuring 22 ft x 70 ft, 14 terrace homes measuring 18 ft x 65 ft, 20 terrace homes measuring 16 ft x 65 ft and one low-cost flat block of 40 units.

With a gross development value of RM20.0 million, Fasa 1 was completed in 2004, fully sold and completed with CFO.
