Homecity Group is pleased to share that our director, Warren Ng, has been selected to serve on the REHDA Youth committee as Selangor Representative.
REHDA Youth is the youth division of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia. It brings together emerging leaders and professionals from across the property development industry to encourage practical learning, collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
In its recent article, Moving Beyond the Boardroom, StarProperty highlighted REHDA Youth’s direction under its newly appointed chairman, Choy Kin Mann. The committee aims to create greater practical value for property professionals through industry engagement, experiential learning, leadership development and improved access to emerging technologies.
Warren’s selection represents an opportunity to contribute Homecity’s perspective as a Malaysian property developer with experience across residential communities and industrial developments. It also reflects the Group’s commitment to engaging with the wider industry and supporting the continued development of its people and professional community.
As Selangor Representative, Warren will participate in the committee’s efforts to connect property professionals, encourage the sharing of industry knowledge and support initiatives relevant to the next generation of real estate leaders.
