Dato’ Ng Boon Chan

Founder and Chief Executive of Homecity Group since January 2001

Dato’ Ng is a highly regarded and experienced business leader with over 30 years’ of executive experience. Over decades of involvement at corporate level, Dato’ Ng gained extensive senior executive experience in strategy and financial conduct, treasury, audit, and mindful composition over the mix of skills, and investor relations.

He has helped the flotation of a property development company in Brusa Saham Malaysia (KLSE) along with broad experience in property development particularly on joint-venture basis with landowners involving total land area of more then eight hundred acres.

Dato’ Ng graduated with a master of Business Administration (MBA) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1988. He is also a fellowship of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) since 1997.

Mr. Chim Ake @ Lim Lian Huat

Founder and Chairman of Homecity Group since 2001

Mr Chim Ake was a pioneer in Genting Group and is with the Genting Group for more than 40 years in the construction division. During his 40-years career with Genting Group, Mr Chim Ake has overseen the delivery of major projects across a range of sectors including sub-division sector in entertainment, leisure, and hospitality. His knowledge of works includes earthwork, civil and structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical and interior works.

Mr Chim was under Resorts World Bhd as Vice President of Construction sector. Recent projects completed under his supervision and management include:

Mr. Ng Sze Chern (Darren)

Corporate Executive of Homecity Group since 2019.

Darren started off as Contract Administrator and Site Manager under Future Capital Group based in Melbourne, Australia. He was actively involved in various types of low to medium rise mixed use project developments, including apartments, commercial and retails, along with residential terrace houses, and townhouses.

Against the run of play, Darren has also achieved First runner-up in 2018 Merit Global Student Challenge by The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) against world-recognised universities including Loughborough University, Cambridge University and Chongqing University.

Equipped with profound experiences in project management and inquisitive approach towards learning property development, Darren joined Homecity in year 2019.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Construction Management from RMIT University, Australia.
